The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 8,           
2000, calendar (page 2956), was read the third time:

HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 60                                                 
Opposing the designation of millions of acres of Alaska as critical           
habitat for the Spectacled Eider and the Steller's Eider.                      
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz placed a call of the House.                           
                                                                               
Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
Representative Ogan be excused from a call of the House today at               
6:30p.m.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                         
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz lifted the call.                                      
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HJR 60 pass the House?"  The roll was
